i found the location very convenient to explore. my room had a functional coffee maker and a small refrigerator. the on-site self-parking was secure and accessible, even if the spaces were a bit tight. i appreciated that they quickly fixed the tub faucet when i reported it.
the odd number floor was my only choice, , made ice retrieval slightly inconvenient. the fire alarm at night was a very bad experience. nobody from the staff directed us and there wasn't any announcement after.

The room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. There was also a hair dryer. the steamer, iron, ironing board, mini fridge, safe, alarm clock and keurig all worked. i found only one drawer for clothes.

the hotel is located about 25 blocks from the bay area. a whole foods is one block away from the hotel. trader joe's and the cable car station are nearby.

the staff was very friendly when i requested extra bedding. the front desk promptly addressed the issue with my reservation. i got two extra complimentary hours before checking out. i asked for 2 beds as requested and they quickly changed it.

i found the staff attentive . the well-appointed rooms provided a comfortable experience. its convenient location was a significant advantage for exploring nearby attractions.
the room i stayed in looked a bit dark. the lighting was insufficient when the curtains were closed. i noted there was no overhead lighting available.

I found the cleanliness to be perfect. Housekeeping maintained a high standard throughout my stay. the location was also quite convenient! with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. the in-room coffee machine was a nice touch, nice for a quick caffeine fix each morning.
the gym was quite cold with the air conditioning running.

i loved how close the hotel was to the california street cable car. the cable car took me straight to nob hill. it also went down to chinatown near the bay and ferry building. every staff member was helpful and friendly.
the hotel needed a $200 deposit upon arrival which was annoying. the front desk person didn't tell me to insert my card. she just kept saying my card was declined. the parking cost felt high and it wasn't included in the room rate.

professional staffmedicine machine
The staff was professional. There were an iron, steamer, coffee pot, safe, and refrigerator in the room. The air conditioning worked very well. The pool and fitness room were nice. Vending machines and a CVS medicine machine were available too.

The rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable. A coffee and tea maker is available, also a fridge and safety box are present in the room. Curtains could definitely use a wash. A lot of dust is on the table counter.
